Withdrawal and digital delivery

Information for consumer purchase requests.

A purchase request is non-binding. Before a binding paid consumer order, the customer will receive the required withdrawal information. If the customer asks for digital delivery to begin before the withdrawal period ends, explicit consent and acknowledgement of the effect on the withdrawal right are required before delivery.
